Well, you go to the top of the page and their should be a thing that says "Post Topic" on the main page of the section you are looking in and viola! You got it! just make sure to post it in the right section.
That would be a little awkward if Stranger did meet Abe. He probably wouldn't want to take his help though, as he seems kind of like the 'lone wolf" aside form the Grubbs.
