You know, that's what I thought, too. But now I'm having second thoughts. Let me explain:
Jak and Daxter is released: "Oooooh... looks like the X Box might have some competition after all...
Metal Gear Solid 2 is released: "Uhh... This almost looks better than Halo...
FFX is released: Dude! WTF? Isn't X Box
better than PS2? Why isn't anything like this on the X Box? Sure, Munch has great FMVs, but... DAMN IT!
I'm waiting for JSRF. That should reinstill my hope in the X Box...
