I have decided that all offending threads will be moved to Necrum Burial Grounds - as such, post counts will be affected, as they do not count in NBG.
I do not wish to create a new forum, especially when it is effectively for spam. As such, it should now be known that a maximum of two active 'game' threads can exist at any one time in Off-Topic Discussion. Furthermore, posting between two (or more) individuals in a skirmish situation where an individual posts one post after another member's post will result in corrective action. Spam is not tolerated.
Finally, I have re-opened the Picture Wars thread, as I think it holds the most value (and it existed well before the new generation of 'game' threads).
