I know exactly what you mean. People nowdays could care less about love. They're more concerned with either their hedonistic little adventures or reproducing rather than what should really matter in a relationship. It really bugs me.

Does that mean I'm a freak by modern standards, as I look for meaningfulness in a relationship rather than quick sex. I always get hassled by everybody else wh yI don't go out with any of the girls i my year, and the answer is the simple fact that I don't feel anything for them. Sure, some are good-looking, but looks aren't everything. For instance, I have met a girl who I am in love with, and totally believe she is 'THE' one, as it were, for me. Tough though, as there's a small age gap and it's long-distance (well, long-distance by British standards). I'd rather experience a relationshp based on love, THEN have children.
Alo, I was a c-section baby. Oh and changing religion just because of marriage is dumb. Adapting is fine and dandy, but you don't outright swap religion.
