Err, yeah it is. Maybe not in the conventional, Earthly sense, but it’s suspended in the air by gas, just like pods, blimps and dropships are.

What are you basing that on? And if it is lighter-than-air, what was with the glowing center of the bottom that looked a lot like some sort of advanced propulsion?
