If there is no-one called Tosca on the member list, then they have never existed as Alcar is loathe to delete any members - even the spammy bot ones.

The member list only displays members which have at least one post, so there is a great number of members who do not show up. Secondly, 15 members
have been deleted on the OWF. I have never deleted a member myself, but over the course of our tenure, some have been deleted. I am still strictly against it, and no member has been deleted for a few years now.
glokstar, in answer to your question, there are indeed two members which you could be talking about. You would not have been able to view their profiles, as they were never activated by their owners.
