OOC: Actually, I based him a little on Boyd Cooper from Psychonauts. He has paranoid and delusional psychosis, as you can tell.
EDIT: OOC: Aw, nutbunnies. Must of read the map wrong. Let's just say that Arrack went up and down the stairs during his rants., and that a bit of loose plaster caused them to leak to Praetyre's level.

Praetyre replied to his superior;
"I'm sorry sir, for that lapse in judgement. But I do know this Slig. His name is Arrack. But I thought he had commited suicide 10 years ago. Judging by the temperature of the water dripping off him, and by his resistance to the high temperatures enveloping his body, I think he was somehow frozen, and has awoken to a new world.

He is.. or was.. a close friend of mine. I believe the stress of awakening to a new world, coupled with the invasion of privacy committed upon him by that old law which required him to wear a plasteel mask within 50 metres of anybody excluding certain parties, even when asleep, must of been too much for his mind to handle. I've read about this in textbooks, but never seen a case of trineural psychosis before. At least that's what I'm guessing it is, because the yells outside seemed to vary over three pitches, and this guy was not an adolescent last time I saw him. I can only hope that we can restore this guy to a healthy state of mind, because I'd hate to lose an old friend just after finding out he was alive. Maybe Slap could help. He's had experience with Sligs like Arrack.

Praetyre turned to the conscious Mudokon;
"Sorry about that. Most people think we Vykkers are the ugliest you can get, but we're only the tip of the iceberg. Now, could you help me motivate our friend here?"
