Not particularly, the earth's moon is the only one in the solar system large enough to significantly affect weather.
We are the only non-gas giant that has weather and moons in the solar system, so we can't really compare. Then again, tides are not weather

We don't really have the authority to make that assumption. Besides, they are equal in size. One is usually a dwarf.

A moon would only ever change it's face literally if it was affected by another star. And even then, that seems unlikely to happen.
I don't understand- changing its face? Do you mean rotating or being physically altered? Both occur without stars.

Moons in AO Stockyards? I thought many would be the same one from a different viewpoint...that many seperate moons is ridiculous.
No, they are all different sizes and different positions, and you see several on each screen. Saturn has hundreds of moons.
