I hate talking to people on the telephone. Even if it's a friend, I just feel really awkward and uncomfortable and often say stupid things.

I have that exact same fear! Except it's mostly weird talking to a disembodied voice.
I am scared to death of clowns or anyone in one of those giant mascot costumes (ala Chuck E. Cheese) They give me the jibblies. I'm also afraid of people with beards and/or a lot of body hair. It's just gross.
I also dislike being touched or touching other people.
