VG Cats is awesome. You know, I'm pretty sure they could have made 5 times as many consoles and sold all of them. There would be less rioting, more sales, more people to buy the video games. That is the only way the PS3 profits, peope need to buy a shit ton of gear and games. The thing is, unlike Microsoft and soon Nintendo I don't think Sony is making a dime on a console sale, in fact I heard that they are heavily subsidizing the consoles.
All things being equal they could sell twice the consoles of any competitor in half the time but if they don't have good games and gear they are boned.
Final Analysis:
Sony is, in the short term, totally screwed because of supply problems and a poor launch library. And they have nobody to blame but themselves.
