Oddworld stories are never all that great, they're just well presented.
Abe's Oddysee: Why would Molluck use his workers in his meat products? It's illogical, because while Mudokon Pops would have sold well (if we're to believe his profit projections), making Mudokon Pops would have depleted his workforce, so it could have only worked for the very short term.
You can explain this by just saying Molluck was insane, desperate or stupid, but it's still not too great.
Munch's Oddysee obviously had a lot of problems. The Vykkers' plan of attaching a sonar on a gabbit and apparently sending this gabbit out alone to retrieve captured wildlife somehow, is ridiculous. Again, you can put this down to the antagonists being stupid, but it's still annoying.
Lulu was unexplained and illogical. Abe and Munch could have easily shot up the Labs via the Big Well or another Blimp, and could have stole the Gabbiar either before or after the auction.
Stranger's Wrath was pretty solid, though Stranger seeming interested in the Steef bounty and the reward of 20,000 moolah was dubious, undeveloped (in that he just continued doing normal bounties), and seemed shoe-horned in purely to introduce Sekto and his evilness.
Truth. For serious.
