OOC: Uh oh. These Vykkers have some major differences here. I wonder what Slap would do.

IC: Jacob gave a warm smile. So far he already made peace. Jacob placed his arms around Rick's shoulders. He greeted to him, "It is always a pleasure to see another brother."

He let himself go and stared. Everything seemed OK in the grinders. The pipes looked a little new, while the meat saws seemed not so dirty. As if the saws had not cut anything in ages. He said curiousily,
"So, this place is dead huh? What have you been doing around here anyway? I mean, the meatsaws and the pipes look really new, as if it hadn't been in use for a while. And.."

Then, his eyes gazed at the lift going into the pipes. Quite a sight, but he didn't understand why one would be there. He continued, "There seems to be a lift in here, going up beyond the catwalk. Why is that there?"

Suddenly, when the other five joined them, they found a much more blacker and more angry looking Mudokon. A female one. Kind of unusual for them see. Being that they never saw one before, the other seven mummered in rather puzzlement. "Must have been those sterile ones I heard from Sliggie back in Piperyanic.", whispered Noah to the rest. He also mummered to the rest when Dionysia said something about work, "So this factory really never saw a work day before."

Jacob ignored his brothers' jokes about Dionysia and said to her rather puzzled, "First of all, what is a brigade? And next, why aren't you working, if you are complaining?"

Slap knew that Arnie must have known already, but he himself was not happy on how he was responding. He continued to write, "Its not just that. It seems like much of factory's employees are having trouble adapting to the whole, 'Everyone's a Friend at Rupture Farms' law. It seems like that being the Sligs that are use to beating Mudokons, have trouble venting their anger. So far, I have seen Sligs try to vent their anger on other members of the Rupture Farms, or use the social ability of there's to vent their anger off of someone else. Basically, the anger be held within is causing Sligs to do more destructive and unnecessary violence.

Take Molt for example. Basically, he had been tramitized by many painful and emotional events happening, that he has resorted to an impatient and aggressive person. He has lost his arm here just by using that anger, and has tried to kill several members of Rupture Farms. He has also caused many Sligs to be distracted for their work, and didn't allow the functioning of the Grinders be a closer goal now. And now he is disturbing my work, my patients, and myself. The worst part is, he must stay in the Labs until further notice. He is terrorizing everything. And I can't keep letting all of these events happening in the Lab.

Yet, we can't fire Molt. He is under inspection of a Glukkon named Edward. Edward wants your job, Arnie. And he doesn't seem very friendly either. Molt thinks that Edward plans to inspect the factory after you fire Molt, and then he will sue for not being reasonble. So, we lose either way.

However, like the rest of the Sligs here, I have a solution. Promote Molt to butcher of Stockyards. That way, he won't socialize with people, and he will vent his anger out on the animals in the Stockyards. That way, productivity will be more effective with a mass killer.

Now, the rest I can't say. All I have to suggest is that you can employee Mudokons to make a detention center for Sligs. This detention center would be used in a way to work as a time out. The Sligs will have to consider if what they are doing is right before they get themself killed by Skillya. And best of all, no little distractions will be in the Lab.

But I am considered of Dionysia, a Mudokon here at Rupture Farms. She is, what you may say, a peeve. She has not done any work around here, and she done even worse. Cause a Slig to bring up more emotional issues than hate, but rather love. Love, is forbinned in Magog Cartel. Both specimens will get themself killed, and the Glukkon who employeed them will be punished for allowing it to happen. That is not good at all. You might think that she is useful for terrorists, but hire the other copy of the DS skin whatever it is called. She is just too social, in ways distracting for Sligs, and not supporting labor here.

I will wait here until you make your decision. I plan to help you, since I can't go into the Labortory for some time."
