I can't think of how to turn my small island into a country, so I've decided to pretend I became in charge of England instead :

• Abolition of Interest, which only serves to make the Rich richer and the Poor poorer.
• State funding of Banks.
• Confiscation of all fortunes above £5 million (or maybe less).
• Confiscation of any Inheritances over £1 million.
• The money from the two above points would be used to fund public services, paticularly Education. Oh yeah, while I'm on the subject:
• Reintroduction of the Student Grant, and
• Abolition of Tuition Fees.
• Legalisation of Cannabis (obviously).
• Prostitution itself is to be legalised, although Pimping is still to be a criminal offense.

And finally:

• A big fat pay packet for myself. After all, as Supreme Dictator, the only way to stop me skimming off government money for myself is to give me no incentive to do it...
