Like alot of others I think that the hanging is pointless and barbaric, he is a terrible man and should pay for his actions [but like Alcar] I think his sentence should be a life in prison.

Although the EU can do nothing about it, I applaud them on them trying to do something. I really don't agree with death as a punishment, I personally think it's wrong and that there are so many worse things than death.

However I do think these sentences take the piss, 15 years? Pfft, life sentence more like.
