Did he answer to any of the wishes of the people he ordered to be executed?
I think he should've been left rotting in some old moldy cell, for the rest of his life.

They should throw him back in the hole he crawled out off (HA!) and seal it with a big slab of concrete. Or... just shoot him. But that gives a big mess so... yea.
