Yes, though personally I would be looking forward to Half-Life 2, as there would be that rare thing, a movie outdone by its own sequel.

I'm sure there is a talented director out there that could pull it off.
I would personally love to see a movie where visuals and emotion were placed before dialogue. Not in the sense that they're more important (which would usually just yield shitty dialogue), but in the sense that sometimes pictures are better than words when expressing a mood.
