Ok, let's analyse. Any given computer with a Windows OS will have the Windows Recorder lying around in the Start Menu. No need to download that. If you don't have that or don't want to use it, there's the TotalRecorder, meaning there's your recommendation right there. Now you know what to look for, that wasn't too hard, was it?
