How is it impossible? It's just very hard.
Added: Ironically, in my opinion, three of the four hardest are very close together - the two paramite-free levels of Paramonian Temple, and the secret in Paramonian Temple. (The other of the four, also the hardest of all, would be the secret on the first screen of Scrabanian Temple. Is it just me, or are those alternating slogs much harder than the near end of game ones?!)

The hardest are the secrets in Scrabanian Temple, at the start, the one with the bomb, and the one in SE that has Sligs on both levels.
Also, there is a thread called "Perfect AO/AE" which asks for people who have finished 100% without dying. I assume, with two level you mean the swinging rocks. They aren't hard if you know how.
