I know this has been asked before but the search seems to be playing up (something do so with my computer) and I can't be bothered to look for it page by page.
Aaaanyway, I don't necessarily want a custom title but I just want to know what is needed to get one. Because I will probably feel left out and want one eventually. 
I know you have to ask an admin/mod to be able to get one and I think you need over 100 posts, but that's all I know.
