Eh, when I pull the lever to make the platform with the slig come down, I just leap for chasm and quickly haul myself up on the opposite side and run into the next screen. Just have to get rid of the sligs there with grenades first.

I just hang there until the slig has walked off the platform to the right. Then I pull up, sneak onto the platform, and go up to the start.
