Eh, I don't really try and encourage wrath so muchy for myself. And I rarely have such malevolent thoughts these days. But Dripik is right, it is always better to solve problems like anger mentally rather than hurting someone or yourself.
I guess the most recent one was in ninth grade where I kidnap the person, take them to a concrete basement, play nice soothing music, cut off their penis, torch them, and then decapitate them by means of a guillotine.
And then there's one where I just punch the person very hard in the face.
