I MAY, perhaps, point out that I had a thread more-or-less along the lines of this one.
Anyway - Pluto being taken off the list of planets? Well, I personaly don't mind, because if Pluto WASN'T taken off - where would it end? Hundreds of planets in the solar system - we wouldn't be able to remember them. No, I have no problem with eight planets, I just have to remember, when reciting them, to stop myself from saying Pluto.
And, to all you people who think it is a shame that pluto had to leave, let me say this - it's still there. It's still called Pluto. It's gone to a better place - the "Dwarf Planet" category, in which it stands proud in comparison with most other such objects.
