I'm pretty sure that OWI wouldn't mind if you made a fan-made website, so just e-mailing them for permission should be no problem. Yet you might have to wait a while, being that they are in fact busy making a movie.
Another thing, I believe that you should, if there was anybody, put the down the people who had helped you complete your quest of saving 99 Mudokons. I do recall you making a help topic so many monthes ago too. But this is just a reminder, so just a heads up.
