. Plus RG-49 sounds like a Greeter name to me (don't ask).
IC: Wash relaxed slightly as the slig departed. He was gratefull that Slap had asked him to leave, as he was becoming quite nervous with so many armed (and seemingly unhinged) guards around. But he didn't relax for long.
"Hey, are you sure this thing is s-?"

His vision was blurry, but the light was so bright he shut his eyes anyway. Linc had just regained consciousness and was feeling very disorientated. He tried to move, but quickly reconsidered when pain shot through his body like an electric current. But he could hear perfectly well, and was vaguely aware of having been deafened previously. With this revelation his memories of the fiasco that lead to his situation flooded back. Wash! Where could he be?
Linc had the sudden feeling of being back on a Vykkers' experimenting table, and started to hyperventerlate. He could hear sligs and their harsh voices, and strange mechanical sounds. He did not like it one bit.
