So, welcome to W@RF, rick! Profile's OK, but you should edit the entry of your character in your first post. I know you posted how he got in the factory later, but it would make things clearer.
This Executive Office thing is another source of confusion. Earlier, the Office and the Executive R+R were separate rooms, but this changed over time. The way I imagine it, you can enter an Executive Office entry hall on the 1st floor. In that room, there are two doors on either side: one leading to the Ex. R+R on the left, and another leading to the Ex. Office on the right. Maybe I'll do a map of the area sometimes.

"Well, thanks for telling us about that stuff, #7 Slig." said Arnie, getting up from his chair. "Let's get to work then."
"Sure." said Otto, getting to his feet and joining the others as they made to the entry hall. "Hey, are there people outside?" he asked, when he heard a conversation from outside.
"You two go and check it out." said Arnie. "I'll be in the Office. Otto, take care of everything out there, OK?"
"Right, as usual, being Flak Clerk and all." said Otto, and left the room with #7. There, they met two new employees. "I'll handle this, you go and do your job." he said to #7 Slig.
"OK." said #7 Slig and went to reach the stairs. "A breakfast is in order before work, though." he thought.
"So, you guys new here, I see. I'm Otto, Assistant of the Boss and Flak Clerk of the factory." said Otto to the Slig and the Vykker.
