What was weird was that, once the rock has reached them, the bats seemed to follow it and flew away.

But if you're talking about that cliff screen with the moon behind it (I think), that was the method of getting past those bats.
I use it the same way all the time when I play AO.

Is that so? I know that those three bats don't fly off on their own after a while, so this trick will please me greatly if it is true. I will test it. |
