I do recon that the original story Lorne had in mind was altered a great deal for making it into a game. In fact I think we won't even get to see a big part of Abe's resque mission in Rupture Farms because that was merely a gameplay element rather then a story line perce. In any case I wouldn't know how they would show it in the movie. Especialy all 99 of them.
Like Nate said, a game story and a movie plot are two very diffrent things. Therefor I don't think we should expect the movie to follow the same path the games did. For all we know, enviorments like Rupture Farms and the temples and such wern't the original locations and Lorne just made those up so he could use the original in an eventual movie. Then again, thats all speculation
