I just learned recently that Mel Gibson was busted for DUI two times before the "JEWZORZ R T3H EVAL!!!!111" incident. Also, during his 3rd arrest he was threatening the officers, evading arrest, and had to be forcibly placed in the cop car. While in the car he was slamming the car and bashing his head on the divider and muttering obscenities. Okay, here is what would happen if I was busted for DUI once, just once
Community service, 3 7 hour Juvenile Dynamics courses at the local technical college, a fine and suspension or revoking of license.
Second time would be a revoking and a short stint in jail.
Third time? There would be no third time. I wouldn't even have a bloody car and after getting raped in jail sitting for an extended amount of time would NOT be an option. I hate how the rich and the famous are treated differently legally.
