Use grenades to blow up the chant suppression orbs. You have to time it right, holding the grenade for a few bleeps so that it explodes in the air next to the orb. Don't hold it too long, or... well...
You'll get another opportunity to enjoy those wonderfull AO/AE bodypart explosion animations we all love and cherish so much.
