Well his full name has never been mentioned in canon. The only reason we suspect it is his full name in canon is because of the cryptic remark Alf's Assistant once left us that Abe did have a last name. But he may just have been teasing us.

I'm not sure if Alf's Assistant told you his last name right then and there, but you know it is mentioned in the Book, near some concept art for Abe's Oddysee. I haven't got my book with me right now, though. *Walks away feeling incomplete.*
