Well the most known kind of subliminal messaging is saying something backwards many times like when you wants some one to give you money you say: "yenom em evig" over and over again or show the text over and over again you don´t understand it but your underconsciousness does.
The other well known form is when for eksample in a movie you make one clip showing a reclame for for eksample coca cola, you don´t see it because it comes and goes so fast, but your underconsciousness register it.
All the things i have said here is only theories.
