OOC: Err, we try to keep logic into this RPG. As far as I know, flaming arrows start when you add a certain achohal, and or else the Fuzzles teeth are made of a certain material, causing simple material like wood, on fire. So, you would have to see that this isn't god modding, or the flaming arrows have to go.
Also, when you want to ask another question, you can use the edit button. To answer your question, there isn't really a page where there are other rules. Also, there shouldn't be a rule on what character you can't be. Though, you should be read a few pages to get a feeling on what this RPG is about. Hope this helps.
