The reason you say he is in a higher power is because he's more intelligent and because he does what Bush doesn't do. Take people into the forest and shoot them in the face. The idea that he's a higher power suspiciously sounds like a plot line from an Alias I saw not to long ago. hmm... Not that it isn't a possibility, it's just that it really isn't all that likely

I'm saying he's a higher power because he IS. Bush is a puppet to busniess and Cheney is a enormous business man. Just look at the war, Haliburton's been getting a big boom of profit from this.
And a lot of things are unlikely, but have undoubtably happened. Watergate, 9/11, Hitler!
And don't use that shot-in-face story as an excuse. That has
nothing to do with anything. The fact remains that although Cheney doesn't do anything
directly, he still wields a very short leash on Bush.
