Actually, that's unlikely. Sam most likely will give birth to another female sometime soon. Also, if that really does happen, the Vykkers would have known about that before hand.
It's a cruel life for a queen with so much care for her children, but yet has to let them go. I always wondered if Sam had any powers. Or is there anti-chant droids in her room?
