Hmm, I had some PS1 games that had detailed 3d and 2d levels.
They didn't look all that bad either. So perhaps that wouldn't be
a bad idea, Issajaysa.
But on the other hand, some people who play a few levels that are
3d in a game, and suddenly the next level is 2d get very annoyed at the constant change of gameplay statistics.
We're also getting a little off-topic here, as well.
