Yeah, I don't know
how it's done, but it's made in such a way that when your eyes move it looks like the circles move. So when you look at it and it stops it's because your eyes have stopped moving
That last one was kinda cool.
Reminds me of one thing I saw once (but I can't remember where), there were two pictures; a castle and a ghost. The ghost was just plain white with a black background (or vice versa, I can't really remember) and the idea was that you stare at the ghost for 30 seconds, then look at the castle and you see the ghost floating around in the castle.
