No. Films are classed as "free speech". some say games are not because you can skip the plot developing cut-scenes. But then you are still watching a world people have created, with physics engines, backstory, all sorts. Besides, you can also skip out the plot developing parts of films, and fast forward to the car chase/shoot outs/lightsabers. Or turn it off. Besides, if parents can't define what their kids are playing, then whose fault is is? Not the games. And if the kids are actually living alone and have no guardians to do that, then the state should get off their sorry butts and do something about it.
It seems every generation there is something new or different, be it entertainment, science, social etc, and poeople immediately call it the devils work. I laugh at that pitiful statement. There's is a diesease sweeping the world's politicians: CBDS, Council and Beaurocratic Dumbass Syndrome. All the stupid things they do, and listing them would probably burn out the internet.
