Glukinator: Download the image to your computer, then go to User CP at the top of the page. Select change avatar on the side of the new page, then choose the custom avatar option. Upload this one- it should come up as DoA Molluck.gif on file- and it will be applied. It should already conform to the avatar restrictions.
Scrab queen: that is exactly how I make them. I put pictures of friends and family in them too.
