EDIT: Thinking about it, OANST, if you have to go to individual lots and you need the money as soon as possible, you would do best to sell the rarer and more sought-after material first. Obviously that's the book, but as you say that's one of the things you'd prefer to keep.
The MO can is what most interests me. I've never seen one on eBay before, so you'll definitely have somebody bidding for that.
