I think I've worked it out now... The photo must be from the PC version of Abe's Oddysee, as all the other photos are on the Oddworld Website. The PC can hold more memory than a PS1 game, thus there being Paramites AND Scrabs.

No, there are no Paramites in the Stockyards on the PC. There isn't much a difference between the two verisons.
