No, there wasn't any cities meantioned in Necrum. Abe's story is about saving Mudokons from slavery, not about the cities that the factories trade with. We don't know anything about Mudokon civilizations.

Actually, Necrum in a whole was an enitre land inhabited by living, breathing Mudokons. Thye lived in those Tower of Pisa like structures that you see throughout the background. Because of all the sewage coming in from large industrial settlements and facilities, the Mudokons were forced form their home. That's also how the large Fleech population came to be.
