You speak as if it is a complex thing. Here's how it works: I click on a thread, read messages that go like this - 'oh, I'm a little unsure that you're actually you'. THEN, this is the good bit, I read enough of these types of messages across enough threads and I can go to myself: blimey, these people do this a lot, don't they?
