Dipstikk can change the URLs of his art. And he did legally sign a contract to the OWF. So IMO it's his own fault.

OKay, I can see a problem with the rules, since they don't cover creative works... and I'm actualy going to recommend an ammendment. We get fan-art/fic and other works, they deserve to be protected.
I fully understand that a whole bunch of topic going missing is going to worry some people, although if they're old/closed/stale topics it shouldn't matter if they vanish/go to Necrum.
IMO... An artist should be able to remove any piece that is no longer desired to be on display. While changing the URL is one option, there are a lot of cases where this won't work without massive re-coding of websites and other forum posts.
