Underage sex is an irrelevant law. What kind of charges are you going to press on two thirteen year olds for rooting? All you can really do is give them counselling, and for what? Expressing there sexual attraction to eachother?
And Alcar I read this little book once. Anyone bettween 12-18 can have sex with eachother. As long as they're two years apart.
