This would lead to a boycott of products then it would more than likely lead to a war.
I don't necessarily agree with this. Differences in trading practices on Earth haven't led to a major war, have they? Excepting where it's the oppressed themselves fighting with their oppressors, of course.

I figure the money-grubbing, heartless industrialists of our world would take every opportunity they could to trade and work with their Oddworld counterparts. The native races would inevitably receive aid from Earth charities, something we've never seen on Oddworld. I don't think any relationship would have the simplicity of all of Earth versus all of Oddworld.

p.s. Thinking more about it, I realise the American civil war (which prompted me to add the above exception) was between two groups with conflicting trade practices. It's still different than a conflict between Earth and Oddworld in that one of the two groups' was disobeying rules from their governing body.
