Alcar- You have completely confused the point of the law. Shit, you've confused the law. It is not illegal for two 13 year olds to have sex. It isn't illegal for a 15 and 13 year old to have sex. It IS illegal for a 30 year old and a 15 year old to have sex. Now, I get it. You're a young guy and you feel like you're just the shit. You think that you have more than enough understanding of what life is to make decisions like that on your own. The fact that you think that proves that you have a lot of growing up left to do.

Over here in Britain it IS illegal for a two underage people to have sex. The older one involved is labelled a 'rapist' and if both the boy and girl are the same age, the male is usually labelled the 'rapist.'
