Already Legal here in Australia. As long as they're 2 years apart. Oh yeh and they both have to agree I guess.

Agreed to a certain point. I nearly got jail some time ago for just kissing a girl that was 14 (I was 17 at the time). If she hadn't denied I did I would've got jail, which is unfair because: a. I didn't know how old she was but she looked old enough. b. I was drunk. c. she approached me. d. she's a cock hungry little skank.

But come on even though she's 3 years younger does that really make her a minor? Yet I got charged with the same assault a 40 year old would have if he rooted a 10 year old. They need to fix that shit.

Don't see why not. Society is so bound by age. According to the law 18 makes you an adult therefore anything below is illegal to do anything. By 16 a girl should be pretty well developed, what makes her differnt to an 18 year old?

Even if all their intentions are completely innocent which I slightly doubt, I think it's better to let kids figure this shit out naturally. Sex Education was the most boring crap I went through and taught me nothing. Oh yeh but they mentioned something called 'puberty'.
