When Locke looked inside he saw Mr. Eko sitting down at a very advanced computer.

Locke: EKO!
Mr. Eko: Hello Locke!
Locke: You survived....what is this place?
Mr. Eko: I don't know, it looks to be like a back up system station. It had a message on the computer when I cam ein it said, a semi Lockdown will begin any key is pressed. I hit a key but nothing happened.

Another Message them came up on the computer; A full Lockdown of Rupture Farms will begin when any key is pressed. Mr. Eko went to touch a key.

Locke: What are you doing!
Mr. Eko: If we Lockdown the factory Carl will be trapped.
Locke: But what about everyone else, they'll die!
Mr. Eko: NO THEY WONT! Look he killed my brother. I am going to get revenge on him I don't care what you say.

When EKo was about to press it, Locke picked up Eko's stick and knocked Eko out.

Tucker looked up to the roof and noticed a trap door (The one from the end of AO) so he went over to the Keypad and saw key that said "Release Ladder" He pressed it and a ladder came down leading to the trap door. Tucker climed up.
