Not yet, but I seem to be well on the way. Secondary school ends for me next week, and I appear to go on a bit when the subject swings my way.
Octigi: cats, as they can both parasitise and eventually control their host.
Slegs: coyotes or wolves.
Stunks: skunks (obviously)
Fuzzles: wolverines in the wild or when angered, beagles in Vykkers Labs
Bolamites: well, spiders. I'm surprised OWI didn't exploit the name for a different upgraded version:

Chippunks: Stand-up comics, rappers, politicians.
