OOC: Slaveless got some points there, chirpy. We don't need such plot-twists now, every character has something to attend to.

People post here when they have time and if they feel like posting. If it's a bit quiet, don't bother with it too much, find something else to do. I can understand the unactivity, end of term is coming with exams and all...

...And by the way, the boilers have been shut down by RG-49, so there couldn't be any power overload or anything like that.

Arnie retreated from the hall to the office, fuming. "Served them right... Driving me up the wall, that's what they do... Lots to do in here, but they're only putting me out of my work..." he thought angrily.

He sat down in front of his ComPhone. "Ahem... Spice for Price Company." he said to the machine. After a few seconds, a bespectacled Glukkon appeared on the screen, smoking a cigarette. He was suprised by the call, giving a start and droping the cigarette.

"Spice for Price Company here, can I help?" he asked Arnie.

"Yeah, this is Arnie, Boss of Rupture Farms. I'd like to cancel the spice transit between your company and my meat plant." said Arnie.

The Glukkon seemed a bit disappointed, but then, he asked. "Is there a problem with our products?"

"Not exactly. We've found a way the be self-sufficient on spice."

"Self-sufficient?" The Glukkon raised an eyebrow, then sneered. "Right."

"Lay off the grinning and cancel that contract right now!" said Arnie angrily.

"OK, OK, your choice. I'll handle that right away." said the Glukkon. "Oh, are you aware that cancelling the contract will cost you approximately..."

"Hang up." said Arnie to the ComPhone and the Glukkon disappeared in mid-sentence.
